2010 Topps Star Wars Galaxy Series 5 #14 Dani Zeltron Allison Sohn New Visions
Dani, the pink-skinned Zeltron smuggler from the classic Marvel Star Wars comics, strikes a confident pose with a blaster in each hand in this “New Visions” card from 2010 Topps Star Wars Galaxy Series 5. Artist Allison Sohn places her against the iconic lit wall panels of a Death Star corridor, decked out in a sleek black bodysuit and boots. On the back, alongside Sohn’s pencil sketch for the piece, she shares that Star Wars #73 was one of the first comics she ever bought, drawn in by a cover featuring Princess Leia and a mysterious pink character she’d never seen before. That character turned out to be Dani, a free-spirited smuggler much like Han Solo, an occasional ally to the Rebels, and a frequent flirt with Luke Skywalker.
