2023 Upper Deck Marvel Flair Solar Flair SSP #SF40 Wolverine PSA 9 MINT
A super short print chase card from 2023 Upper Deck Marvel Flair, which revives the classic Fleer Flair brand. This Solar Flair insert is the final card in the set and comes from the SSP tier (cards 31 to 40), the toughest Solar Flair pulls at only 1 in every 27 packs. It shows Wolverine in his classic brown and tan costume, lunging forward with his claws out against a dazzling icy blue kaleidoscope foil background. The back shows Logan roaring beneath a blazing red sun, with a story where Beast wins an auction for the prize of killing Wolverine. Logan urges Beast to cut him free, but Beast digs his dagger in instead: Wolverine could bleed all day, but betrayal cut deepest. A sharp PSA 9 for Wolverine collectors, X-Men fans and Marvel Flair insert chasers.
Pull Odds: Solar Flair SSP (cards 31 to 40), 1:27 hobby and e-Pack; regular Solar Flair cards are 1:4.5 and SPs are 1:13.5.
A PSA Mint 9 is a superb condition card that exhibits only one of the following minor flaws: a very slight wax stain on reverse, a minor printing imperfection or slightly off-white borders. Centering must be approximately 60/40 to 65/35 or better on the front and 90/10 or better on the reverse.
