The card reproduces a hard-to-find exclusive variant cover from Issue #2 of the Mark Spears Monsters comic series, with the green-skinned witch in her tall pointed hat stretching out her clawed fingers toward a glowing red orb. Inside it stand Dorothy in her blue gingham dress, the Tin Man, the Scarecrow, and the Cowardly Lion, all trapped in her gaze. The drippy red “MONSTERS” logo runs across the top, and the cover art is framed by the set’s signature orange Halloween border with bare, twisted trees. The back features a glowing green skull, a graveyard full of shambling silhouettes, and the card number on a tombstone, with “Issue 2 Exclusive” across the bottom.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp dir=\"ltr\"\u003eThis is a base card from the 170-card set, so there are no pull odds. Production was small: only 799 Hobby Boxes (10 packs, 200 cards each) and 399 Blaster Boxes (4 packs, 80 cards each) were made.
